At
Professional Machine and Tool we know that if you don’t start right you
won’t end right. We have invested in four full time, in house designers to
ensure that your projects get off to the right start. Their combined
experience is approximately 65 years in the die making industry.
These men work together as
a team reviewing each project to ensure that we have maximized the material
usage, and also maximized the control of the strip so that the dimensional
integrity of the part is ensured.
The first step in this
process is a strip layout, which is sent to you for approval. The next step
is plan and section views that are again sent to you for your approval.
From that the detailing is then done.
After design completion the
shop foremen review your design again and each block is routed by operation
through the plant to ensure that the delivery dates that have been promised
are attained too.
These designers also work
as a support team throughout the process to assist with changes and to see
that all changes are reflected in the final design.
We are able to handle your
files and wire frames, by e-mail, modem, floppy disk; CD, Zip disk (100-250
MB), and they can be furnished in Dxf, iges, and dwg formats.
Our designers are also able
to do solid modeling with Solidworks software.
